Ann led the talent function inside private equity firms for 16 years. As CHRO of Advent International for nearly 14 years, she built HR from the ground up and led the firm’s global talent strategy as it grew from 275 to 610 professionals and AUM increased from $30 billion to $95 billion. Working alongside the firm’s managing partners as it expanded its investment strategies and global footprint, she designed the talent programs and structure to support that growth. Using data and analytics to sharpen talent decisions across the firm, she advises partners and senior leaders on recruiting, assessment, leadership team 360s, coaching, and succession. Her focus is developing and accelerating investment professionals to do better deals and stay engaged as firms grow. Ann holds a BS in Finance from Providence College and an MS in HR Management from Lesley University, and is SHRM‑SCP and Hogan Assessment certified.

Stephanie has led talent inside private equity for much of her career, most recently as CHRO of Thomas H. Lee Partners, and previously as Head of HR at Silver Lake. As the first senior HR leader at both firms, she built and strengthened their talent functions, partnering closely with senior leadership on organizational strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development. She has deep expertise in assessing and developing investment talent, establishing objective performance and promotion practices, coaching executives, and building high-performing teams. Her work has focused on helping firms make better people decisions and develop the talent infrastructure needed to support long-term growth. She currently co-chairs the Private Equity Human Resources Network. Stephanie holds a BA in Economics from Bates College, is a certified executive coach, and is Myers-Briggs (MBTI) certified.
